Who can get Privacy?

Individuals, groups, or entities

Beneficiaries can be privately protected The person that owns the asset, the person that will benefit from assets, or the controller could recover or create privacy.

It's easiest to get privacy for beneficiaries.

A little harder for creators, and even harder for the controllers.

It's hardest for a trustee.

But, with proper planning, language, and techniques, they can all be private.

Sometimes, it takes time for the privacy to become effective.
